Ghost Friends: Recap episode 2

Photobucket

The ratings of “Ghost Friends” are just ridicules, episode two was even worse than episode one with the rating of 3.7. I’m also starting to see why the ratings is so low, there’s so much flaws in this drama that I spotted in episode two.

Anyways first off with episode two short summaries then I’ll go onto the flaws of the drama.

Continuing from the previous episode Kaito told Asuka that he’s actually a ghost but was inside a human body. Asuka didn’t believe him at first but when she touches Kaito’s hand it was cold like ice, Kaito gave Asuka his business card so that she could contact her when she have news of Misora (the female ghost in episode one).
Photobucket

Misora were Kaio’s girlfriend, both of them died in a car accident which is where Asuka’s car accident happened. Misora were randomly being inside human bodies and were saying how that’s the new start of her life and it’s so fun etc.

Kaito found Misora inside a top photographer body, both of them finally got a chance to chat but Misora refused to go back where she really belongs. Asuka met Misora on the street they had a little chat at the park, Asuka found out that Misora was Kaito’s girlfriend and saying how being inside of human bodies is fun etc.

While walking to school Takumi asked if he could be friends with Asuka and Asuka replied that she’s not in the mood of talking to guys. Takumi then asked “Do you like someone?” Asuka replied “Maybe…” Could it be Kaito? The art teacher always get bullied and ignored by other students, he doesn’t have the confident in himself. This lead to a ghost who went inside his body, Misora was the one who taught that ghost how to get inside of human bodies. After having a talk with Miku, Asuka decided to think of her own things instead of caring about the ghosts so she accepted Takumi as a friend.

Photobucket

Since Asuka decided not to get involved in Kaito’s and Misora’s problems, she sent the photos that was given to her by Misora to Kaito. While Asuka was walking pass the art teacher at school she saw a ghost who got inside of the art teacher’s body. The art teacher immediately changed and was more passion towards students than he was before. Afterward Asuka saw people on TV who’s glowing, meaning there’s a ghost. She know things are getting out of hand so she contacted Kaito again to discuss about it. Kaito explained about how the accident happened and what happened after they both died.

While Asuka was on the street she got distracted by 3 street gangsters, the art teacher then comes and tries to recue her but instead he got badly beat up and was sent to hospital afterward.
Photobucket

The ghost explained that Misora taught him how to get inside of human bodies, saying how when he was alive he didn’t have the guts to do things so when he’s dead he wants to do things that he couldn’t. Kaito and Asuka persuaded him that it will being trouble to the humans. From then onward that ghost helped the human without being inside an human body and he also felt happy about it.

Kaito received the photos that Asuka sent him, he said that Misora mention she wanted to visit this place and that she rarely will want to visit any places but unfortunately they both died and couldn’t visit the place together. Asuka cheered him up and convincing him to go there as he might find Misora there as well. So the two of them visit the place and they saw Misora there as well, again Kaito trying to persuad Misora to go with him and saying she’s not being herself. Misora then explained that because she loves Kaito so much that she wasn’t being herself before, now that she’s dead she is free to do whatever she wants.

Photobucket

These are some of the flaws I spotted while watching the drama.

Ghost could pick up objects but they cannot touch a human? For example the photo below this was in episode one, Miku was leaning onto Takumi but obviously Takumi didn’t felt someone there. But throughout the drama we can ghosts picking objects up.

Photobucket

Since ghost it’s something that does not have any volume or can be touchable, there shouldn’t be a shadow. But the photo below clearly showed his shadow. I’ve seen some ghost movies like that as well.
Lastly, since Kaito is dead and he’s only inside a human body. Shouldn’t they portray it be two different person for his living and dead life? As we can see in episode two, while Kaito was reading Misora’s blog there’s a photo of him and misora and now he’s dead and inside a human body, it has the same face as his living life?
That’s all, but I’ll still be continuing watching this drama for the sake of Nissy.

Ghost Friends Recap episode 1

Photobucket

This is one of those dramas where I’m only watching it because of the actor, that is Nishijima Takahiro from AAA. Can’t believe the ratings for the first episode was only 4.1, I think that’s the lowest I have seen so far. Although ratings is the second thing I look at other than actors but I guess Nissy is enough to make me watch this drama. The plot of the storyline seem pretty interesting but everything is just too unrealistic, like one of those under budget Chinese movies I’ve seen. But it’s not that bad where I don’t want to watch it anymore, I manage to finish episode 01 without pausing it and off doing something else.

Asuka is a high school girl who can see ghosts. It happened to be that after the car accident she starts to see ghosts and it turned out that she’s helping out the ghosts to complete their final wish.

It feels like I’m watching some kind of live-action drama when I saw that guy floating.

Photobucket

Asuka and her manager attended to a catwalk show, one of the model was taken over by a ghost.

Photobucket
Photobucket

As both of them can see this ghost, they meet for the first time.

Photobucket

This face is enough to make me continue watching this drama.

Photobucket

Asuka’s best friend Miku who died in during the car accident asked her to complete her wish where she made a promise to go to the themepark with his boyfriend, Takumi. It was kind of stupid telling Asuka to go on the date with Takumi in the place of Miku. Takumi was mistaken that Asuka likes him and Miku was upset.

Photobucket
Photobucket

After the date with Takumi Miku went missing for awhile, Asuka then meets trouble again. Meeting a kid Kenta who is heading to the hospital but cannot manage to hop on the bus.
Photobucket

The second meet up with Kaito, Kaito telling Kenta not to appear in the human world again saying how ghosts shouldn’t be involved in the human world (wondering what’s he doing here?) Kenta’s last wish was to take the girl he meet in the hospital to a romantic place after they both leave the hospital but unfortunately Kenta has passed away.

Photobucket

Kaito telling Asuka not be involved? Looks who is following her to find that girl?

Photobucket

Photobucket

Kaito and Asuka took the girl to a romantic resturant, once they entered people started singing happy birthday. She was then treated a birthday cake and Kenta gave her flowers. She accepted it without being surprise about the floating flower and sensed that it’s from Kenta.

Photobucket
Photobucket

After Kenta’s final wish has come true he disappear and probably like Chinese movies he goes off to get born again or whatever. They both felt great about helping Kenta out and Kaito said “Maybe I should change the way I think now”. Back at school again Takumi went to confess to Asuka and Asuka rejected him saying how Miku is always living in her heart. Takumi also realise that Miku probably been in his heart the whole time.

Photobucket

While Asuka and Kaito was on the street they saw the ghost at the catwalk on TV, Kaito then said “Ghost and human surely is different” afterward he said that he’s actually a ghost as well.

Photobucket

So I’m guessing that he’s just inside a human body like what that ghost did to the model. I guess epsidoe 2 will get a bit more interesting than the first episode (I hope so).

Drama: Shining Inheritance/Brilliant Legacy

Shining Inheritance

Photobucket

EPISODE 1 RECAP:

Episode 1 basically is about two people who accidentally exchanged their handcarry bags in the airplane upon their arrival in Korea. This somehow is the reason why these two people will forever be connected whether they like it or not. You can call it stupidity or whatever but the romantic in me call it fate.

The man, Sun Woo Hwan is a typical rich arrogant boy, pampered and too spoiled by his family. He is expected to inherit his grandmother’s beef soup empire. The woman, Go Eun Sung is a nice girl who came from a wealthy family, well before his father’s company went bankrupt. She is studying abroad and loves her father and his little brother who is austistic. She came home to celebrate her father’s birthday. She has a stepmother and a stepsister. They are not evil, well, yet. Everything is supposed to be roses until the day they exchanged the bags because it is also the day that her father’s company went bankrupt and her stepmom showed her true colors.

Yes, it does sound like it is Cinderella’s story but it has a different character twist. She’s not waiting for her Prince Charming to arrive to solve the problems, she is the one trying to find a solution to her own problems.

brilliantlegacy

Photobucket

Hwan and Eun Sung is interconnected because of family and friends although they do not realized it yet. It is a small world afterall. Hwan’s close friend or wanna be girlfriend is Eun Sung’s stepsister. Eun Sung has a friend who has a hottie friend named Jun Se, who is Hwan’s longtime family friend and who would eventually be Eun Sung’s friend and probably future boyfriend.

Photobucket

Hwan is a major pain in the ass. He is a jerk who created such a havoc in Eun Sung’s life who probably can also be her prince in the end. Eun Sung’s father died on that same day. Well, he was robbed and the robber took his watch and jewelry and was involved in a fire. The body was so disfigured that when her stepmom saw the watch and the ring, she immediately concluded that it was indeed her husband.

Photobucket

The father decided not to correct it when he heard the news since it was also a chance for him to escape the financial problem that he has. He was thinking that his death will be beneficial to his family since he believed that her wife will take care of his children. Unfortunately, he is dead wrong!
