Alright so lets talk about the duel scene I thought it was great Lucia-Sama was going a little crazy and for a moment there I thought Rihito was going to loose the duel. Since Lucia Sama was going to stab Mei with a knife.
But as always Rihito was there to protect Mei and begged Lucia not to hurt Mei since she was the lady he wanted to protect.Now about Kento, he finally accepted to go off to London to study and become an S-Rank Shitsuji. Everyone knew expect Mei and Rihito who were pretty shocked from the news which they heard from Natsumi. Mei couldnt believe he was leaving and decided to go and confront him about it, but it ended in an argument and Mei ended up storming out of the room.Rihito and his younger brother than had a little chit chat about the whole thing. And Rihito then wished him good luck.(too cute)The next day was the ceremony of the new successor (Mei) where she had to give out a speech about herself. 
As she was all dressed up walked up on stage and started to read her speech which was already written for her. But suprisingly Mei started to talk about her real story and childhood, living with her parents, working in a udon restaurant. And how she never knew about the Hongo status until her parents died. She also started to talk about the new school she had to attend and how hard it was at first but then she started to make friends she then took a small pause and looked over towards Rihito who gave her an encouraging smile and helped her change into her school uniform.At that moment they both ran for the exit door holding hands. And the rest of Mei´s classmates and their butlers helped out holding away he securites guys. At every turn, Rika+ Ayoyama, Rin pair helped to remove all human obstacle. Just before they made it out of the building to the Helicopter,Izumi appeared to fight off the pursuers! Miruku flew the Heli to get Mei in time to the airport for Mei to see Kento off!
Once arrived at the airport, Kento was ready to leave when she stood there schock as he heard Mei screaming his name. They both then took a while to talk, Mei was thanking him for all his help and always being there for her. Kento then said how he his feeling for her would never change and maybe when he comes back her feeling for him would change.Rihito then wished his brother once again good luck with his training as he walked off.
In the last scene of the episode we notice Mei who his writing a pretty long letter for Kento telling him how everything is going at school and how nothing really changed. Rihit then correctes her as he says that it isnt Omboro but Ombra.
We also learn that Lucia is doing alot better better as Shinobu is by her side *she also takes his hand in hers*
But it doesnt end there.

The good part is still to come.
Rihito then admits to Mei that he doesnt like her looking at other boys because he feels jealous. And How a Lady is the sun for Butlers. He also makes her swear that she will not look at other men other than him.
She then nods as he goes in and kiss her.
He then tells her that this is their secret since Romance between Butlers and Ladys is prohibited.
At that moments all her classmates rush into the room and notice how akward the two of them are. Mei quickly informs them its nothing and they shouldnt worry about it.
But Tami then says that she saw everything and her butler then agrees with her as they both smile at Rihito and Mei.
